Girls Night Out at BUSY SUZIE

What happens when you are young, hot and happening? You get invited to the newest and hottest places FIRST!

We got to go to the soft opening of the new Japanese Restaurant BUSY SUZIE.
It's located in TST on Kowloon right beside the beautiful Heritage hotel.

The restaurant was really trendy, and tastefully decorated.
The cool thing about it was the entire restaurant is one circular shape, and everything designed around the curved and circular robatayaki grill.

My sis Cissy and Jess ready to try the new food!

Me and Janice also getting really excited!

The first dish was nice fresh sashimi.
Everything was already in a set menu

The next was very HOT and juicy grilled tomatoes!

All the chefs were from Japan and so they only spoke Japanese. After they grilled the food they pass it to you on what looks like a pizza pan stick.

Everything was piping hot even the juicy Chinese dong gu and green pepper

These were one of my favorites and also my mom's. It's like white/yellow bean and it is really healthy for women. Lightly salted. PERFECT.

GRILLED CHICKEN with a squirt of fresh lime

Grilled fish with Japanese sweet cucumber and a fresh lightly salted and sour sauce

Grilled jalepeno peppers and more mushrooms

Jessica working those muscles to get her next dish!

Janice's turn! Food you have to work for. lol

What did she get? Snail!

Let's continue...

Grilled King Crab

BEEF!! (lahv)

Last, the dessert~!

What is it?
Fresh Hokaido Milk Pudding

CHEERS! We had good food, good company and good sake!

I also dared Janice to go onto the chef seat to take a pic. All the chefs were on their knees the WHOLE night...ouch!

How do we end the night?
Drinks at DRAGON-i in LKF Central
